Receive 30% off of services and contribute to the education of an aesthetic injector. As a model you will be treated by medical professionals specializing in medical aesthetics under the supervision of Chelsea Linker, MS-RN.

Model Requirements:

• Agree to take photos: front, side, and 3/4 facing.
• Agree to before and after photo use for marketing purposes.
• Availability on the date of injector class. 
• $100 deposit required to secure your spot (This will apply toward your treatment or be refunded if you cancel with at least two weeks notice).

If you meet all of these requirements please let us know which area/treatment you are considering. Chelsea can also guide you if you are not sure. Then, submit 3 photos via the model inquiry form: a front-facing, 3/4 profile, and full side profile.
